In the strip of land stretching out in the middle of the crystal-clear sea, in the Golfo Aranci area, lies Villa Kalli Bloom, a refined villa for rent in Sardinia located in a residential complex and functionally designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people. In fact, the property is distinguished by its large open space veranda finely furnished with a kitchen of simple architecture and with shimmering colours that confer it an absolute brightness. The breadth of the open space extends to the garden, most of which is paved in light-coloured stone that creates a sense of continuity with the colours of the large turquoise infinity private pool, bordered by a manicured carpet of Mediterranean scrubland.

What characterises villa Kalli Bloom, however, is the perfect combination of tranquillity, breath-taking views, and the typical colours of the Mediterranean scrub that characterises the territory. In order to enjoy this natural enchantment, there is a comfortable lounge area next to the house that allows one to admire the chromatic combination of the indigo of the sea from which the impressive silhouette of Capo Figari promontory emerges imposingly.

Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners.
Please note that if you would like the pool heated, you will need to request this in advance. Heating costs will be counted in the total electricity consumption.

Villa Kalli Bloom represents the perfect choice for your holidays in Sardinia. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in contact with nature, the coast of Golfo Aranci offers beaches of heavenly beauty made of soft fine sand and countless shades of turquoise and emerald, dominated by granite rocks of the most bizarre shapes. Among these are the splendid Cala Sassari about two kilometres away from Villa Kali Bloom, or the spiaggia Bianca, characterized by the typical Gallura rocks, that here take o pink hues, and abundant sea life which make it ideal for snorkelling lovers.

Furthermore, about ten kilometers away, via a small train that from Golfo Aranci makes a panoramic crossing of the promontory of Capo Figari, you can reach Cala Sabina, the pearl of Golfo Aranci, characterized by very fine sand surrounded by the junipers of the Mediterranean scrub. Another peculiarity of the area the so called 5 beaches: a sequence of five beaches of very white sand that unfold along the entire coast of the village.

If you are looking for leasure and social life instead, Golfo Aranci represents a strategic point to reach the vast majority of the most symbolic places of the nord-estern Sardinia. Just eleven kilometers away, for instance, the city of Olbia can be found, which represents the main tourist arrival point in the area. Among the most famous social locations there are certainly Porto Rotondo, about fourteen kilometers away, and Porto Cervo with its panoramic promenade on the port, the high fashion shops and the jet set.

Villa Kalli Bloom is a luxury villa in Sardinia furnished with refined simplicity. In the two double bedrooms, each with and en-suite bathroom, the nobility of white perfectly blends with the refinement of wood and details that are even more iridescent from the contrast with the polychromy of the Mediterranean background. The same whiteness characterizes both the spacious panoramic kitchen which overlooks the private pool, and the spacious living room with a balanced and temperate furnishing which, as a whole, give the environment a sublime harmony.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Electricity costs are to be paid separately at the end of the stay as they are not included in the rental
- In the villa there are outdoor cameras to be activated when the property remains unattended with a remote control whose cost in case of loss amounts to 100 euros
- The private swimming pool can be heated from the month of April
- In case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is foreseen, the costs of managing the file equal to € 25.00 will be retained, as well as the costs of the bank transfer
