Elegant and welcoming, Villa Li Cuncheddi is located in one of the most picturesque and exclusive residential complexes in Sardinia, made of Sardinian stone, harmoniously inserted in the Capo Ceraso natural park, a few miles from the islands of Tavolara and Molara.

The property is located at the beginning of the row and probably occupies the best position of the entire village.

The villa has its own entrance on the back, where there is a well-kept green lawn. On the other side you can enjoy a spectacular view of Li Cuncheddi beach, over which the property seems to almost watch, thanks to its position. Despite this, the veranda still guarantees the right privacy.
The villa overlooks the exclusive infinity private pool, which can be reached after a few steps. Around the latter there is an equally private solarium area, surrounded by greenery and rocks and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue.

The house is precisely located within a village with services: just 200 meters away there is a restaurant, which offers excellent quality.

Just 250 meters away there are three different beaches, two of which are free with rounded rocks, while Li Cuncheddi beach is fully equipped and it is also possible to rent dinghies boats, pedal boats, canoes, windsurfing. There is also a pier for mooring and parking boats.
Access to the beach is also possible through a private driveway.

In the residential complex there is a minimarket, pizzeria-restaurant, service center, day and night caretaker, tennis courts, swimming pool. The next supermarket is 3 km away.

The villa is located 10 km south of Olbia airport and port, 20 minutes from Porto Rotondo and 45 minutes from Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda.

- Upper floor: composed of a large living room with parquet and large windows, a furnished veranda with spectacular sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms.

- Lower floor: independent studio consisting of two single beds, bathroom, small kitchen corner with French window which allows access to the garden and swimming pool.
This floor does not have air conditioning.

The villa is equipped with all comforts: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, outdoor barbecue.
