In fact, this villa for 7, built entirely of granite stone, is in perfect synergy with the surrounding environment, which gives back warm visions of primordial landscapes. This mix of colors and scents can be admired from the large and bright outdoor patio with sea view, equipped with a comfortable table for outdoor dining and a solarium area where you can spend pleasant moments in company. The whole is bordered by imposing stone blocks with an ancient flavor that seem to frame the breathtaking landscape that is their background.

Villetta Chalice se trouve dans la localité de Li Conchi, entre les célèbres stations balnéaires de Villasimius et de Costa Rei.
Cette bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié, à seulement 3 km de la plage de Marina di San Pietro, une longue étendue de sable fin bordée d’eaux cristallines, où l’on trouve des établissements balnéaires ainsi que de pratiques kiosques de plage. À 3 km également se trouve Cala di Monte Turno, une petite crique de sable doux offrant une grande intimité dans un cadre naturel spectaculaire.
Villetta Chalice se situe également à environ 50 km de Cagliari, la capitale de la Sardaigne, qui, avec sa magnifique plage urbaine, son charmant quartier historique du Castello et ses innombrables sites historiques, représente l’une des destinations les plus prisées de l’île.

The charm of Villetta Chalice is based on the enveloping simplicity of its architecture. Inside this holiday home in Sardinia, in fact, the prevalence of white blends harmoniously with the furnishings with a slightly rustic flavor in which the light shades of wood prevail. At the entrance there is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable and bright living area.
The sleeping area instead consists of three rooms: a first bedroom with a double bed equipped with a private en-suite patio, a further double bedroom with sea view and finally a third double bedroom, large enough to also accommodate a single bed. To complete the villa 3 bathrooms.
