The colors of the Mediterranean scrub, its scents and the infinite shades of the sea can be enjoyed from the spacious and comfortable patio consisting of a solarium area, a living area and a large table to be able to pleasantly dine outdoors or to spend some time together.

Sant'Elmo is a charming village located about 50 km from the city of Cagliari and just a few minutes by car from the renowned Costa Rei. The village overlooks a long coastline of fine white sand and crystalline waters bordering on one side with the locality of Costa Rei and on the other with that of Villasimius. The latter in particular is located 13 km from the villa and is characterized by its breathtaking beaches, lively nightlife and typical bars that make it one of the main tourist areas in southern Sardinia.

Internally, this holiday home in Sardinia consists of a comfortable living area which also includes a dining table and is furnished with bright wooden elements resembling the nature of the village. The modern style kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you might need.
The sleeping area instead consists of a spacious double bedroom embellished with sea-colored elements and decorations, and a bedroom with two single beds.
