The swimming pool (filled with sea water), completely covered in marble, with its 25 meters of length, expands from the outside to the inside of the villa.

The property provides of a 60 square meters gymnasium and a library with a big collection of old and modern books there is also a conference table for 10-12 people. The space is located on the ground floor of the manor house, with sea view.
The slightly elevated position offers a wonderful view of both the sea and the beautiful and diverse nature of Sardinia.

Descriptif des Intérieurs

The house is composed by three buildings. The living room of the main one is paved with marble and is composed with a 40 m2 kitchen with large terrace and a barbecue area. The interior of the kitchen was furnished by famous brands such as Gaggenau and the oven for pizzas was built by master bakers.

The master bedroom is full of charm and elegance made of precious marble and wood. It is accessed directly from the living room through a living room-office, then a large walk-in wardrobe completed with everything. The first bathroom, all made of marble, is equipped with two sinks and a corner cupboard. The second full bath with elegant hydro Jacuzzi is located on the right side of the room. The spacious suite has a double king size bed, a breakfast nook and a large outdoor area with private sea view on “La Maddalena Archipelago”.
The “Caprera” Junior suite, is located on the first floor and with a double bed and a bathroom, is made of warm tones of wood and marble which makes this bedroom very welcoming.

The “Dany Junior suite” on the first floor and has a breathtaking view of the archipelago of La Maddalena. There is a double bed and a bathroom.

“La Torre” is the guest house set in an isolated position, where a big round diamond bed in leather contrasts with the linearity of the room. The building is completed with a large outdoor area with a spacious meadow with juniper trees, equipe with chairs, sofas and beds.
The "Stazzo" is called the third building. Its name comes from the typical Sardinian rural settlement which is like a farm. It is composed by two bedrooms with two bathrooms. It has been completely restored in respect of the original features like the handmade terracotta floor, the door and windows.

“Suite Lion Valley”: the pearl gray tissue of the twin beds combined with the ivory walls catch immediately the visitor’s eye. A hallway separate the bed room and the spacious walk-in closet with the bathroom and sensory shower, luxury linen, marble finishes, air conditioning. Like the rest of the villa, the interior of the lion valley suite, is set to a maximum lightness. Needless to say the open terrace offers ample space with beautiful sea view.

The villa has a beautiful garden of 6500 square meters.

There is also air conditioning throughout the house, double split and underfloor heating.

A garage with two covered parking spaces completes this charming residence.
