In the renowned village of Porto Cervo, in an granite expanse dotted with the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, lies Villetta L'Aroma del Mare: a cosy Sardinia apartment for rent that is part of a residential complex located inside Porto Cervo. This complex has a splendid shared swimming pool and, for sports lovers, a padel court.
Villetta L'Aroma del Mare enjoys a privileged position with a breathtaking sea view and is accessible through a stone-paved path bordered by fragrant shrubs. Outside, the property has a covered veranda surrounded by aromatic hedges which isolate the property guaranteeing great privacy. Furthermore, the veranda is equipped with a sofa and harmchairs for relaxing immersed in the peace and fragrances of the surrounding nature, in addition to a comfortable table for al fresco dinner.

Villetta L'Aroma del Mare is the perfect Costa Smeralda accommodation located in the heart of Porto Cervo. In fact, its renowned Promenade du Port, with its picturesque streets amidst high-fashion shops and typical bars, can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
1.5 km away is the Porto Paglia beach where the sea has crystalline colors and the sand is white and fine. Further north is the Liscia di Vacca beach with light, grainy sand and sea with shallow water and particularly recommended for families. For sports enthusiasts, about 3 km away is the Pevero Golf Club which boasts a unique service and location, while in the Romazzino area it is possible to walk in complete contact with nature the Pevero Health Trail.

Villetta L'Aroma del Mare is a lovely Sardinia holiday rental with two different access points to the house: the lounge area leads directly to the double bedroom which is entirely furnished according to the canons of the Smeralda style, with inlaid wood furnishings and tinsel representative of the Sardinian embroidery art.
The other access is possible via the external dining area which leads directly to a bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a table and a comfortable sofa. The other bedroom is made up of two single beds. To complete the property a bathroom with wooden finishes.
Please note:
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20;
- padel costs are € 40,00 for an hour and a half in the low season and € 60,00 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to € 5,00 each.
The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period. Photos will however be sent before arrival.
