Located in the town of Alghero in Sardinia, is the charming and exclusive villa Di Vina which, with its 1.615 square meters of lawn dotted with olive and palm trees, guarantees great privacy and contact with the surrounding nature.
This holiday rental in Sardinia has a large and comfortable terrace with a barbecue and an external table where you can have lunch outdoors. The terrace overlooks a large carefully paved area which houses a solarium area with umbrellas and deck chairs and which frames the large and clear private pool (16x5 m) designed to spend fun and relaxing moments for both adults, thanks to a higher part where it is possible to dive, and children.
There is also a covered parking space at the rear of the villa.

Villa Di Vina is located just few minutes by car from the city center of Alghero and some of the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.
10 km from the villa is the Alghero old town with its suggestive historic promenade between the ramparts of the port, the characteristic local craft shops and countless restaurants and bars as well as the city beach. 15 km away is the Le Bombarde beach, considered a real jewel of the coast for its crystalline waters and for the particular rock conformation that seems to embrace the long strip of fine sand that slowly slopes into the sea.
8 km away is the fascinating sea cave made of small lakes, stalactites and stalagmites, known as Neptune's Grotto.
Interior Description
Villa Di Vina is a charming Sardinia holiday villa structured on two levels communicating internally and externally. On the ground floor there is a comfortable open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a living area that looks directly onto the large terrace. Downstairs there is another open space, also composed of a kitchen with peninsula table and sofa.
The peculiarity of Villa Di Vina is the strong brightness given by the numerous and large windows which contribute to spreading a warm feeling of welcome. The sleeping area is spread over both levels of the house and consists of three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. As there is also a sofa bed, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
