The enchanting Villa Thia is strategically located in the north-east of Sardinia, in the village of Budoni at a short distance from sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

The property is organised on two floors, connected externally, and comprises three bedrooms on the upper floor and three bedrooms on the lower floor.

Attractions
Within easy driving distance, you can reach some of most spectacular spots in the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Some well-known attractions in the area are: the paradisiac Tavolara Island, Lu Impostu beach, the amazing Cala Brandinchi beach, the breathtaking Capo Coda Cavallo area, the famous La Cinta beach in San Teodoro, Sant'Anna bay, the village of Posada with its Fava castle. In about one hour driving distance, you can reach the tourist port of Cala Gonone, from where you can set off on boat trips to the fabulous Ogliastra bays of Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè, Cala Fuili and the very interesting Grotta del Bue Marino. We also recommend a couple of restaurants in the vicinity: Punta Est (Capo Coda Cavallo) which has the most breathtaking seaview and Tavernetta (Porto Taverna).

The villa is equipped with a modern kitchen on the upper floor and a bright living room, and there is an additional kitchenette on the lower floor.

The Villa Thia situation, accommodation and parking was excellent. The support by Nicoletta, Marila, Caterina and Antonio was also brilliant as was the booking of hire cars.
Towels, which cost extra were lovely and clean but a little ‘tired’. The cost of hiring the bbq was overly expensive. Otherwise a great stay with all our family in an area surrounded by beautiful beaches.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
The villa is modern, clean, has a nice swimming pool and very comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms and the livingroom are equiped with aircondintioning which is really great. There's also plenty of (private) parking space available.
The owner of the villa is very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips and advise on things to do and restaurats to visit.

Villa Thia è bellissima esattamente come il posto in cui si trova! abbiamo passato una settimana con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo ma anche rilassati molto per esempio in piscina. Abbiamo alternato delle giornate al mare a gite in barca da Cala Gonone nelle quali abbiamo visitato posti dalla bellezza celestiale. Sicuramente tornerò e, come esperienza, la consiglio a tutti!

We were two families with kids and this was the perfect choice for us. The villa is just few km away from the sea and that’s perfect because it is not in the middle of the summer caos. Plenty of parkings for our cars, we were really comfortable there. We could enjoyed the lovely sea view from the balcony and the sun by the pool. Anna from Sardinia Unlimited was really helpful and we will come back for sure!
