The villa consists of 2 floors:
- ground floor has a spacious living area, kitchen, master double bedroom, wardrobe room, 1 bathroom;
- basement floor: a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with one single bed (an additional bed is possible in this room), two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a second kitchen and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, laundry.
The villa can accomodate up to 11 people.
Electricity and water should be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nella splendida Brandinchi; è stata una bellissima vacanza, casa curata nei minimi dettagli, con arredi ricercati e di pregio, ovviamente quello che ci ha convinti a scegliere questa splendida dimora è stata la vista, purtroppo le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza del panorama.

Villa Brandinchi is fabulous. A dream. A panorama that fills the senses. The perfect swimming pool and the beach at your doorstep. We will surely come back with Sardinia Unlimited next year maybe in another location.
