The Villa Il Rifugio degli Architetti has got a fabulous sea view terrace and several areas such as a covered patio and a veranda overlooking the private pool, which are the perfect location for a sunset drink or to dine outdoors.
You can enjoy the agreeable sea breeze while relaxing in the neat garden, which together with the pool area and the amazing typical rocks of the surroundings, contributes to making your holiday unforgettable.

Attractions
Just a few minutes away from the fabulous property, you can find beautiful beaches like Li Cossi, Cala Serraina and La Marinedda, with crystal clear waters in an unspoiled landscape.
Two rocky coves, called Le Baiette and Li Sorgenti are very close too. They are a perfect spot for sunbathing and have a swim. Costa Paradiso is the ideal location for trekking, diving and snorkeling.
Interior Description
The main building of this Villa for rent in Costa Paradiso has been built on a single level. The bright and spacious living room and the well-equipped kitchen are painted with natural colors.
There are two double rooms and two rooms with two single beds each, five bathrooms in total, one of which is a courtesy bathroom.
There is also an annex, on a lower level, with another double bed and a comfortable single armchair bed, a bathroom and the laundry. This beautiful villa is also equipped with an outdoor shower, a bbq area, parking and a garage.

We recently visited Rifugio Degli Architetti and were impressed by the architecture and the breathtaking coastal views. The villa is beautifully situated on a hill, offering peace and privacy. Costa Paradiso is somewhat remote from the rest of Sardinia – so be prepared to drive a bit for day trips and groceries.
The house itself was very well equipped, with spacious rooms, and several bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable. Everything was well maintained.
