Located in the spacious terrace there is an al fresco dining area, where you can enjoy the calm and relaxing breeze that reaches this spectacular Villa. Two large terraces overlooking the Asinara complete the exterior, the villa also has 3 parking spaces.

Attractions
The nearest supermarket and restaurant are located 3 minutes away by car. You can reach the sandy beach “Li Cossi” by driving for about 3 minutes to the parking lot, from where starts a beautiful panoramic path. You can also easily reach some peculiar rocky bays, which represent a dream for snorkelers.
Other beaches such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa are located in the neighboring villages of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car.
In Costa Paradiso there are two supermarkets, different restaurants, and some bars as well as other little shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the season. A medical service is available during the summer months.
The nearest villages and towns are Trinità d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo, and Santa Teresa di Gallura (with Capo Testa). In the Gallura region, there are different places of interest, suitable for hiking and cycling for example Luogosanto and Tempio Pausania and also the famous “Valle della Luna” near Aggius.
Interior Description
The villa is arranged on two floors. Once you enter the cosy living area, you will be charmed by its design and colours, while the furnishings and comforts of the villa will make you feel at home. The interior is characterised by large, bright windows from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
On the same floor you will find three bedrooms: two doubles, one of which also features an en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All rooms are also air-conditioned.
Electricity will have to be paid separately at the end of the stay according to consumption.

Nos hemos quedado en Costa Paradiso una semanita. ¡Alojar en Villa Agnes ha sido lo mejor! Esta villa es maravillosa, me encantó sobretodo, nueva y tiene una piscina increíble desde donde poder admirar el mar y la puesta de sol. La cocina está bien equipada y el sofá es muuuy grande ..nos hemos relajado mucho después de ir a la playa eh eh. ¡Volverémos seguro!

We have been many times in Costa Paradiso and we absolutely felt in love with its wonderful landscape. There, we saw cute little friendly wild boars (please don’t feed them..otherwise they will become too friendly), we did snorkeling, we went to Li Cossi, the amazing sandy beach of Costa Paradiso and we ate really good Sardinian food!
Rina was really helpful with her suggestions and her help. The villa is amazing as well..the rooms are perfect and in general, its touch of modernity made us feel really comfortable. Thank you Sardinia Unlimited for having us with you!Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
La villa è bellissima. Mi sono innamorata dei colori utilizzati per decorarla e renderla moderna. La cucina è attrezzata di tutti i comfort necessari ed è anche molto spaziosa, siamo rimasti 2 settimane e quindi è stata essenziale per poter rilassarci anche a casa senza dover andare al ristorante ogni giorno. La piscina ha una stupenda vista mare!! Siamo stati in un periodo in cui non c’erano tanti turisti, ed è stata la scelta migliore visto che la bellissima spiaggia Li Cossi era quasi deserta. Torneremo sicuramente!
