Recently built villa in Sardinia with private pool pleasantly inserted in the natural context of typical junipers and holm oaks that surround Costa Paradiso and from which you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
The villa consists of a larger central body with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and panoramic terrace and a double external bedroom with bathroom that does not communicate internally with the central body.
There is also a dependance with a kitchen, a dining area, 1 double bedroom and bathroom.

Attractions
Costa Paradiso is a tourist village located in north Sardinia, more precisely halfway between the coast that connects Santa Teresa di Gallura with Castelsardo, which are both about 35 kilometers away. From the villa it is possible to reach the rocky cove of Le Sorgenti in 5 minutes walking.
Costa Paradiso has a coastline that stretches for about 7 km and is characterized by a sequence of beautiful bays and rocky coves, many of which can only be reached by sea or on foot along very scenic paths. Li Cossi is the suggestive sandy beach in Costa Paradiso surrounded by the crystalline, emerald green sea and reachable on foot through a natural path in about 10-15 minutes.
Costa Paradiso is a village equipped with all the necessary services for a comfortable stay such as supermarkets, bars, shops and a medical service open throughout the summer.

Villa Albanella with its 5 bedrooms can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests who can thus also enjoy their privacy.

Wonderful holiday home: unforgettable views over the sea with beautiful sunsets from the elivated terrace. Attractive pool, secluded in nice garden allowing privacy. The house is clean and fully equipped and the service (incl. check-in and check-out) by host Rina was excellent. Walking distance to the sea and just 2,5 km away from the stunning beach of Li Cossi.
The main house has an extension located next to the house but slightly lower and seperated from the main house. This extensuion holds a seperate kitchen/living room and 2 bedrooms , making it very fit for two groups or two families.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Siamo stati a Villa Albanella due settimane e torneremo sicuramente! Rina al check in è stata fantastica e le ragazze della Sardinia Unlimited che ci hanno aiutato a prenotare altrettanto. Ci hanno seguito fin dal primo passo e fino alla fine del soggiorno..ci siamo trovati benissimo. Costa Paradiso è perfetta se vuoi passare una rilassante vacanza in mezzo alla natura a due passi dal mare, le rocce e la vegetazione lo fanno sembrare un paesaggio lunare…prima e sicuramente non ultima volta che verremo qua!

Villa Albanella est magnifique. L'intimité, la piscine et une belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse de la villa, étaient essentiels pour nous !

I’ve been in this wonderful villa for a week and I really felt in love. As soon as you enter in the property you can enjoy the well kept garden with fragrant Mediterranean maquis plants. The villa is made up by different independent units so if you are part of a big group you will have all your privacy at night. The pool is amazing and we loved the cute little wild boars that came up to the villa to visit us. Please don’t feed them as they will get too confident. Sardinia Unlimited and their check in agent were will really helpful explaining us everything we needed to know about Costa Paradiso.
