Villa Il Saluto del Sole is located inside the Costa Paradiso park in an exclusive position overlooking the sea that will allow you to enjoy a priceless view and exciting sunsets over the sea.
The infinity pool, equipped with a relax area, is located on the granite rocks that characterize the typical landscape of Costa Paradiso. Those rocks that the wind has sculpted and redesigned over the years giving it the most disparate shapes.
The swimming pool overlooks the blue and crystalline sea and it's perfect for enjoying an aperitif during the sunset or a refreshing drink while relaxing under the sun.

Attractions
The most beautiful beaches in the area like La Marinedda and Cala Sarraina are a short drive away from this villa and just minutes away from Li Cossi beach with its spectacular and unexpected seashore and beautiful landscape views.
The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are very near and suitable for swimming and sunbathing.
Costa Paradiso is a tourist village equipped with all the services that can facilitate your holiday, such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets and shops. During the summer there is also a medical service.
The village can be easily reached from both Olbia airport which is approximately 87 km away and Alghero-Fertilia airport at 100 km away.
If you arrive by ferry you can choose both Porto Torres and Olbia as the distance is moreor less the same about 80 km.
Interior Description
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, therefore ideal not only for a romantic couple's holiday, but also for a large family or for a fun and relaxing holiday with friends. Villa Il Saluto del Sole is in fact ideal for those looking for privacy and tranquility.
The villa is on three levels; on the ground floor there is an independent accommodation, connected to the house from the outside, consisting of two connecting double bedrooms and a large bathroom.
On the medium level, the living room with fully equipped kitchenette overlooks a gorgeous, panoramic terrace facing the sea, perfect as a respite from the sun or for alfresco dining.
The terrace, in fact, is set up to be lived both as a relax area and to taste typical dishes outdoors or a succulent grilled meat or fish in the barbeque.
Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms with two private bathrooms furnished in a colorful Sardinian style.
The breathtaking panorama that can be admired from this villa for rent in Sardinia is undoubtedly the main feature.
Moreover there is a bay where you can swim directly under the villa.
PLEASE NOTE: During the months of March, April, May, June, September, and October, the swimming pool will be for the exclusive use of guests.
In July and August, however, the pool may occasionally be shared with the occupants of the villa located on the lower part of the hill.
The price for this period has already been adjusted accordingly to reflect this possibility.

We had a really nice stay in this property in Costa Paradiso. It is a nice house with a magnificent view to discover the north of Sardinia. The terrace is very big and nice to enjoy breakfast and dinner outside. It's a good place to discover the north of the island from here.
