Attractions
Costa Paradiso is a charming village with unique shapes and colors, cliffs sculpted by the wind, incredibly turquoise sea, Mediterranean vegetation, splendid views over pink and red granite and magical sunsets.
The rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just in front of the house. It takes just few minutes to the beautiful sandy beach Li Cossi that can be reached via a path surrounded by nature and is 1000 meters far from this holiday house in Sardinia.
The village is equipped with various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops, pharmacy and medical center.
The Maya center with restaurants and bars, kiosk and small shops can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes.
Other dream beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are in the nearby area of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car. Inflatable boats are hired at the small port of Costa Paradiso, with which you can go to bays accessible only from the sea. There is also a diving center with a diving school.
Interior Description
Villa Sfumature del Melograno consists of one large main building with five large bedrooms (three double, one with 2 sinlge beds and one with bunk beds) and further two independent houses with one large double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with their own living rooms, kitchenette and bathrooms, a total of nine bedrooms sleeping up to 20 people and eight bathrooms.
NOTE: electricity should be paid at the end of the stay on consumption

We had a wonderful stay in this typical villa. The view around the villa is beautiful. The location is quiet at this time of year. The weather was gorgeous.
We were warmly welcomed, and check-in and check-out were easy.
We used nine comfortable rooms. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom.
The appliances are too small for a group like ours (12 people). The television was broken!
We ate our meals on the terrace or in the kitchen (we lacked a rectangular table for a group).
The pool is very pleasant, and you can also swim in the sea, among the rocks, or at the beach in the nearby.
In a magnificent and secure environment, we spent a pleasant and relaxing week.
For its sublime wild landscapes, between red cliffs plunging into turquoise waters and wild scrubland, Sardinia is a magical place.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
La casa e' molto bella e le foto del sito dell'agenzia le rendono giustizia. Il mare e' proprio davanti e si puo' entrare in acqua anche se ci sono rocce. Una piccola spiaggia e' comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti, anche se il sentiero non e' proprio agevole.

It was a fabulous place, we loved our stay and the terrace with the pool was magnific.

The property is at a great location close to the sea. There is no beach close by, though (suitable for kids, anyhow). The building is a bit of a maze. The sound-proofing in the rooms was great, though, so we slept well, even though our group of ~20 had 9 kids in it. The price is not cheap, one might expect the rooms to be cleaned/bedlinen changed maybe once or twice a week for this price - but this is subjective, of course. Everything comes at an extra cost: baby crip, baby high chair (100 €), electricity (364 € for our group for a week of stay). The property is really big and the pool is nice.
