Bright, airy rooms characterized by light and relaxing tones invite you to rest, and the sleeping area, designed for maximum comfort, can accommodate up to 6 guests in its three bedrooms, served by two modern bathrooms.

Interior Description
From the magnificent outdoor areas, you enter the villa's bright living room through a spectacular sliding glass door. This opening is not just an entrance, but a true visual and spatial continuum that perfectly blends the indoor and outdoor environments, maximizing light and sea views.
The living room and dining room captivate with their clean, modern, and elegant lines, defined by a palette of neutral colors that invite relaxation. A distinctive feature that enriches the environment is the ceiling characterized by beautiful exposed wooden beams, a rustic-chic touch that adds warmth and character to the space.
The living area is completed by the kitchenette: a compact but extremely functional and well-organized space, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
Leaving the living area, you enter the sleeping area, designed for maximum rest. Here you will find three large and airy double bedrooms. One of these offers the privilege of direct access to the outdoor area, ideal for enjoying the morning breeze.
The villa has two fully equipped and well-finished bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

I stayed in this lovely villa with my family for two weeks. We loved it, very spacious, clean, open spaces and literally on the sea: you just need to cross the road. The wildlife and nature of Costa Paradiso is amazing and The agency Sardinia Unlimited helped us for anything we need. Thanks guys!

À l'arrivée, nous avons compris pourquoi il portait ce nom “Porta sul Mare”= “Porte sur la Mer”. Se trouve juste au bord de la mer, littéralement à quelques pas. En Sardaigne, actuellement il est difficile de trouver une villa si proche de la mer. Costa Paradiso est, à mon avis, l'un des lieux les plus spéciaux de la Sardaigne. En Juillet comme Août, c'est trop touristique, mais vous savez ... les plus beaux lieux sont aussi les plus populaires ! Rina et Sardinia Unlimited nous ont aidés à partir du moment de la réservation jusqu'après le départ !Merci et à bientôt. Amelie
