Description
Villa Zinnia is a villa in Sardinia to rent close to the sea, in the residential park of Costa Paradiso in North Sardinia. From its privileged position you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view.
The villa has got wide open spaces and a private pool area, furnished with lounge chairs to sunbathe in the fresh sea breeze.
There is also a barbecue, to best enjoy your vacation in total relax, surrounded by the typical aromatic scents of the Mediterranean vegetation.
Attractions
Villa Zinnia’s location is perfect to discover the surroundings. You can discover Santa Teresa di Gallura and Capo Testa’s amazing rocks, and also visit further tourist spots and well-known towns, like the medieval town Castelsardo and further coastal villages; Valledoria, Trinità d'Agultu with the famous Isola Rossa and Badesi, all of which are easy to reach by car. In the countryside, you can discover the idyllic area of "Gallura" and some peculiar villages like Luogosanto, Tempio Pausania and the picturesque Aggius with its famous Moon valley, the so-called "Valle della Luna".
Costa Paradiso is just 85 Km from Olbia Airport and 95 Km from Alghero airport away.
In Costa Paradiso there are supermarkets, smaller shops, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy, which are open during the high season.
Interior Description
Villa Zinnia in Costa Paradiso with rustic furnishings is extremely comfortable and welcoming.
The living area consists of a practical and functional kitchen-diner with appliances like oven and toaster, including kitchenware. The elegant living room has a sofa and two armchairs to relax and watch TV. The sleeping area, with an intimate and refined taste consists of three bedrooms, one double- with bathroom, one with twin-, and the third one with a single bed. In the villa there are two bathrooms one of which with shower.
The large windows make the house particularly bright and allow you to admire the beautiful panorama of Costa Paradiso.
Through the living room, and the bedrooms there is the access to the outdoor swimming pool. The terrace has a relax space with tables and chairs for a splendid evening with friends and family.
The living room also leads to a second terrace with a barbecue.
The entrance of the villa is located after a short staircase with 20 steps.
A closed parking space is reserved to our guests and it is possible to park a further car close to the entry staircase.

Prima volta a Costa Paradiso, ne sono rimasta entusiasta, la spiaggia di Li Cossi è un vero e proprio must della zona. Dalla villa ci siamo mossi facilmente nelle zona vicine di Santa-Teresa, Castelsardo e Isola Rossa. Villa Zinnia ha rispecchiato pienamente le nostre aspettative, assolutamente consigliata!!
