The house is located in a very large place and the lack of obstacles restores vivid horizons to the view on which the characteristic Gallura mountains are shyly outlined.

This heaven of privacy and serenity is surrounded by a delightful, well-kept lawn shared with the other unity of about 1000sqm, bordered by the sea itself. For lovers of adventure, there’s a pier and some canoes, useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the house has a small, secluded beach located on the left side of the property. Furthermore, there’s a number of other equally secluded inlets that are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot.
This Olbia vacation rental features a panoramic veranda equipped with a barbecue and projected to enjoy the pleasures of conviviality outdoors and savour the delicious scents and infinite colours that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains.

Casa Sun Bay is located in Cala Saccaia, an area between the famous city of Olbia and Pittulongu. From the house, trekking lovers can take a scenic coastal path to the beach of Pittulongu. This crescent-shape beach is characterized by fine white sand and is particularly suitable for families with children since it is very wide and has bathing establishments with all useful services. The beach can otherwise be reached by car and is about 6,5 km away. Further on, several characteristic bays can be found, such as: Bados beach about 7 km away, Cala Banana beach about 8 km away, Sos Aranzos beach about 10 km away and Cala Sassari about 11,6 km away.
Casa Sun Bay is located at the gates of Olbia, a city that represents one of the main gateways to the island and that offers incomparable scenic and natural beauty, as well as ancient traditions that blend perfectly with the modernity of the luxury and social life of the Costa Smeralda. Casa Sun Bay is a newly built house for rent in Sardinia (2022) characterized by a great brightness and furnished in a simple and welcoming style. At the entrance, an iridescent open space with sofa and fully equipped kitchen and with large windows opens onto the panoramic veranda and a breath-taking landscape. The house has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, furnished in light colours which, starting from the exposed wood of the roof, expand, giving brightness to the furnishings and the house as a whole.
