This Sardinia villa rental is at walking distance from the beach of Salina Bamba, which is accessible directly from the garden.
Villa Danza dei Fenicotteri provides easy access to the renowned Cala Brandinchi on foot via a scenic trail through natural surroundings. The beach is just an 8-minute walk away.

Attractions
The beach of Salina Bamba has white sand and crystal-clear water. There is also a small jetty where you can rent a boat and explore all the marine areas of the Tavolara island.
The bay of Capo Coda Cavallo is enclosed by the island of Tavolara, Molara and the island of Proratora and is located within the protected marine area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo. The coast is characterized by a succession of coves with sandy beaches and cliffs covered by a lush Mediterranean scrub with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, and junipers.
Interior Description
This property is ideal for anyone looking for a seafront villa in Sardinia with a private pool.
The property consists of two distinct units, each spread over two levels.
The unit on the left side of the villa features, on the upper floor, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large covered terrace with sea views overlooking the pool, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional living room, and a second kitchen.
The right-side unit's upper floor includes a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, access to the panoramic terrace shared with the other apartment, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The lower level has another double bedroom and a bathroom.
The private pool, also equipped with a hydro-massage function, is available to all guests of the property.
In total the property offers six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three kitchens, four living rooms, and can accomodate up to 16 guests providing on request (with an extra charge) 2 extra beds.
The large terrace, furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, is accessible from both units, allowing guests to share the outdoor space and enjoy pleasant convivial moments together.
Please note that, as indicated in the "cost details" at the bottom of the page, electricity and water consumption must be paid at the end of the stay.

Great experience in villa Danza!!lovely house, beautiful pool, exceptional sea view and we could walk to the beach instead of driving: no price for that! Overall the villa is really comfortable, we had anything we need. Our check in agent waited for us at the villa and she made a lovely welcoming explaining us everything we needed to know. She and the agency were at our disposal all the time with lots of kindness. We had some issues with the air con, since it was really hot outside and we overloaded the machines by keeping them at too low a temperature, sorry for that!They have sent someone straight away to help us by fixing them!many thanks for the quick assistance!!

A quelques pas de la mer, cette villa est vraiment charmante. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, mon mari et moi nous avons aimé le style de la maison. La division en deux unités, sur deux niveaux, offre une certaine intimité et autonomie difficile à trouver , même si nous étions plus amis ensemble et chacun avec sa famille! La prochaine fois, nous resterons au moins deux semaines !
