In fact, externally the villa has a large and well-kept green space with a lounge area in addition to the pool area equipped with comfortable deck chairs and a veranda with a comfortable table in which to spend pleasant moments of relaxation, surrounded by the aromas of the Mediterranean maquis.
Villa Salinedda provides easy access to the renowned Cala Brandinchi on foot via a scenic trail through natural surroundings. The beach is just an 8-minute walk away.

Villa Salinedda is located within the protected marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo which has some of the most beautiful beaches on the northeast coast of Sardinia. Among these, the beautiful white sand beach known as Salina Bamba, is located a few meters from the villa and will enchant you with its crystalline waters. Or again, 600 meters from the villa is the beach of Cala Suaraccia which is a small sandy cove with crystal clear waters and rich in marine fauna, while another of the beaches is 900 meters away. the most popular in the area is the Salinedda beach which has a very long coastline equipped with all the necessary services. However, the beach considered the jewel of the area is Cala Brandinchi: a long stretch of fine white sand that frames clear, turquoise waters.
Furthermore, if you wish, you can rent a boat and explore the entire protected marine area of the Island of Tavolara
Interior Description
Villa Salinedda is a villa with a refined style, furnished with light colors with pastel shades that create a perfect match with the intense color of the wood on the ceilings, creating a pleasant home atmosphere. At the entrance there is a welcoming open space consisting of a living area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all characterized by a strong brightness thanks to the presence of the sliding glass door. Continuing further, there is an equally bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds each and 2 bathrooms.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one. However, there is an AC unit in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.

Siamo stati benissimo in questa meravigliosa villa con una vista da lasciare senza fiato. In un contesto davvero stupendo. Che dire? Posto incantevole....alloggio meraviglioso confortevole , la casa molto molto bella e la piscina in giardino davvero stupenda....Consigliatissima.....siamo stati davvero bene....

ho trascorso due settimane insieme alla mia famiglia a Villa Salinedda. Eravamo stati nel sud della Sardegna un paio di anni fa ma la zona di San Teodoro è meravigliosa. Villa Salinedda era perfetta oltre che bellissima e con una vista sull'isola di Tavolara veramente mozzafiato! cercavamo relax e lo abbiamo trovato, sia per il periodo che abbiamo scelto, poco gettonato dai turisti, che per il posto e le infinite passeggiate immersi nella natura. inoltre un ringraziamento alla Sardinia Unlimited per la grande professionalità ed estrema gentilezza.
