Suffice it to consider the utilities, the costs for the personnel, such as cleaners and sanitizers of the premises, gardeners, pool maintainers, and any extra cost arising from the restart and maintaining of air conditioning systems, heating etc. The situation is different for smaller villas and holiday homes, located in lesser-known locations, which accept bookings for the weekend only or for just two or three days of the week.
