Villa Lady Oceania is a wonderful beach house in Sardinia surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation, just a few kilometres from the beautiful town of Santa Teresa di Gallura.
This beachfront villa in Sardinia has a main building with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a spacious living room and a furnished veranda. The villa also has an annexe with a bedroom and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 2560 sqm, two covered parking spaces and direct beach access.
From this enchanting Sardinia family villa you can easily reach in a few minutes many attractions such as the wonderful town of Santa Teresa where there are many restaurants, shops and attractions, the beaches of Santa Reparata, Rena di Ponente and La Liccia Beach .

In the surrounding area there are important wind and kitesurfing centres. Just 3 km from the villa, the paradisiacal beach of Rena Bianca, famous for its fine white sand and crystal clear water. Other beautiful beaches are: Santa Reparata beach, less than a kilometre from the villa, so it can be reached on foot; a little further away are the beaches of La Liccia and Rena di Ponente.

Villa Lady Oceania is a beachfront villa in Sardinia with direct access to the sea and furnished in a simple, bright style with marine-style accents. In the central unit there is a living area with a large sofa and dining table and a separate well-equipped kitchen. Outside we find a large veranda equipped with table and chairs and two solarium.
In the sleeping area we find 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and 3 bathrooms.
There is also an annex with an additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
