In the surrounding area there are important wind and kitesurfing centres. Just 3 km from the villa, the paradisiacal beach of Rena Bianca, famous for its fine white sand and crystal clear water. Other beautiful beaches are: Santa Reparata beach, less than a kilometre from the villa, so it can be reached on foot; a little further away are the beaches of La Liccia and Rena di Ponente.

Villa Lady Oceania is a beachfront villa in Sardinia with direct access to the sea and furnished in a simple, bright style with marine-style accents. In the central unit there is a living area with a large sofa and dining table and a separate well-equipped kitchen. Outside we find a large veranda equipped with table and chairs and two solarium.
In the sleeping area we find 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and 3 bathrooms.
There is also an annex with an additional bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
