Located just 300 meters from a stunning white sandy beach, the property is set within a large private estate, offering both privacy and tranquility.
Guests also have access to a dedicated beach area at Salinedda, equipped with 8 sun loungers, just 300 meters from the villa—perfect for enjoying the sea in total comfort.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms, including the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided.
To ensure a worry-free stay, the villa includes the services of a private chef, butler, and daily housekeeping: the chef will prepare three meals a day, six days a week; the butler is available for eight hours a day, six days a week; and daily cleaning is provided for two hours a day, seven days a week.

Interior Description
The villa boasts three spacious double bedrooms, each featuring a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom complete with a bathtub and separate shower. The fourth double bedroom, equally elegant, also has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, guests can take advantage of a refined guest bathroom designed for everyone's comfort.
At the heart of the home is a bright living room with a TV area, perfect for relaxing moments, while the large dining area connects to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, designed to offer maximum comfort and functionality.
Outside, two large covered terraces with comfortable lounge and dining areas invite you to enjoy the breathtaking views and the pleasant sea breeze. The large heated swimming pool, measuring 15x5.5 meters, is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
