Villetta Seance is a charming property located in the locality of Li Conchi (Castiadas) about 50 km away from the city of Cagliari.
The city represents the main landing point for the southern part of the island and is full of points of both historical and naturalistic interest. The house also enjoys a privileged position as it is only 500 meters from the Cala Sinzias beach which is one of the innumerable beaches that make up the long coastline of fine white sand in the town of Castiadas. About 5 km away is the beautiful beach of Cala Piras which is a small cove sheltered from the winds and characterized by crystal clear waters. For trekking lovers, Cala Piras can also be reached on foot along an easy path that winds through the Mediterranean scrub.
Interior Description
This villa in Sardinia for rent is internally arranged on two communicating levels. Downstairs we find a large double bedroom finely furnished with antique furniture in marine colors that blend perfectly with the whiteness of the walls, restoring an enveloping brightness. Upstairs there is a large open-plan room with a living area, a dining area and, separated by an archway, a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is completed by a further very large and bright double bedroom embellished with traditional Sardinian objects mixed with a rustic flavor, and finally a bedroom with two single beds.
