Villetta Thulian is a charming seafront villa in Sardinia, located in the natural village of Li Conchi built according to naturalistic criteria and with the aim of creating a synergy between the buildings and the surrounding landscape. This is accomplished through an impressive use of exposed stone on the outside and an abundance of wood and modern rustic style inside. The house also has a large panoramic patio with a solarium area where you can spend pleasant moments in company and enjoy the fragrances of the Mediterranean scrub that reigns supreme here.

Villetta Thulian is located between the renowned tourist resort of Villasimius and that of Costa Rey and enjoys a privileged position as it is only 3 km from the beach of Marina di San Pietro. This looks like a long coastline of fine sand and crystalline waters where it is possible to find bathing establishments, as well as a series of kiosks, characteristics that make it particularly suitable for families.
Still 3 km away is the cove of Monte Turno which flanks the homonymous mountain and which consists of a small cove of soft sand that offers great privacy, immersed in a spectacular landscape.
Furthermore, Villetta Thulian is located about 50 km from the city of Cagliari, the capital of the island, which, with its fascinating castle, its beach and countless historical sites, represents one of the most sought-after destinations.
Interior Description
Internally, Villetta Thulian has spaces large enough to accommodate up to seven people. The modern rustic style, with its soft colors and irregular shapes, is a constant. At the entrance there is a large and bright open space with a living area, a dining table and, separated by an arch, a comfortable corner kitchen.
The sleeping area instead consists of a spacious double bedroom with private balcony and sea view which, thanks to the large French windows, gives it a feeling of continuity with the external nature. Furthermore, the house has another very large double bedroom equipped with all comforts and a last room, fully furnished in Sardinian style, with three single beds.
