Villetta Tienne is a beautiful property located in the locality of Li Conchi, Castiadas. The property is about 50 km from the city of Cagliari which is the main landing point in the southern part of the island and is characterized by the large number of sites of both historical and naturalistic interest.
Villetta Tienne is also located just 500 meters from the beach of Cala Sinzias which looks like a long coastline of fine sand and crystal clear waters, one of the best places in Sardinia for families with children given the presence of bathing establishments and kiosks. Still 5 km away is Cala Piras which can be reached both by car and via a trekking route that starts from the beach of Cala Sinzias up to the tower of Cala Piras, winding through the shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis.
Interior Description
Villetta Tienne is a charming holiday home in Sardinia designed in a modern rustic style and characterized by spaces large enough to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people. To welcome guests, a bright open space in which the light colors of the wood and wicker match the whiteness of the walls and the bright colors of the Mediterranean scrub which, thanks to the large windows, can be admired from any corner of the house. The open space consists of a comfortable living room with sofa and dining table as well as a comfortable corner kitchen complete with everything.
The sleeping area instead consists of a spacious double bedroom, large enough to also accommodate a single bed, another bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and panoramic sea view.
