Casa Rosa Arancio is an holiday accomodation in Sardinia located on the northern coast of the island, in the village of Costa Paradiso.
This holiday home is part of a six apartments complex, with a shared pool, built in a typical Sardinian style and located in a unique position overlooking the sea. Undoubtedly the perfect Sardinia home rental, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the island. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the splendid sandy Li Cossi beach, one of the most beautiful and fascinating on the island. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe.
This holiday apartment has a magnificent sea view, and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean scrub surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The shared pool is equipped with a chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

Attractions
The nearest airport and port is Olbia which is 85 km away or Alghero at 95 km. Costa Paradiso is also easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road that connects Santa Teresa di Gallura with Castelsardo and Badesi. This tourist village is considered a natural park and is known for its wild nature, the rocks of surprising shapes, carved by the wind, which lend themselves to surprising pareidolithic illusions, as well as for its crystalline waters.
Inside the Costa Paradiso's village there are two supermarkets and some smaller shops, several restaurants and bars and a pharmacy, which are open during the summer season.
In the surroundings, you can easily reach some beaches by car, which are among the most beautiful in northern Sardinia, such as: La Marinedda and Isola Rossa, and the enchanting Cala Sarraina.
The nearest villages and towns are Trinità d'Agultu, with the seaside village of Isola Rossa, the villages of Badesi and Valledoria with their big golden beaches, the medieval town of Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura with the suggestive Capo Testa.
The countryside is also charming. Not to be missed Tempio Pausania and Luogosanto, well known spots for trekking and cycling, and the famous Valle della Luna in Aggius.
Interior Description
Casa Rosa Arancio is a holiday home in Sardinia that can accommodate up to five people.
The house is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, which also includes a sofa bed, and a terrace with a barbecue and a breathtaking sea view.
The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
The bedrooms open onto a large and wonderful terrace with a swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
The property includes one private parking space for our guests.
Pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost of €100.00 per pet.

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days at the end of June. We really loved it and for us was very hard to leave.
There was Stunning view from the very large terrace. Large and spacious apartment on two floors. Private access to the pool. Large pool with shade and sun beds. Very well-equipped kitchen. Large fridge with freezer. The village has a well-stocked shop, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and several bars and restaurants. Privat parking. There are beautiful beaches in this area.
I must also praise Mrs. Rina, who welcomed us in the middle of the night and was available for various questions and explanations throughout our vacation.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Very good spot indeed ! Incredible view and the flat is perfect, near the pool, with a big terrasse. You have to have a car like evrywhere else in Costa Paradisio, but the commercial center can be accessed by walking. The sea however is not at a walking distance (5 minutes of driving but steep). Li Cossi is a fantastic beach as well as all the natural pools). The environnement is very calm. The arrival and departure were beautifully handeled by a nice lady talking multiple languages. A little minis on the Clim which is not the most efficient I have seen and on the fan as well which was a bit old. Otherwise all

Ein schöner Pool , jedoch kann die Außenanlagen mal wieder eine Pflege vertragen .

Casa vacanza carina e confortevole, con vista mare e piscina (condivisa). Ottimo soggiorno, anche la zona di Costa Paradiso ci è piaciuta molto, la spiaggia di Li Cossi è sicuramente un must della zona!
