Casa Rosa Gialla is the perfect solution for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is a family holiday home, part of six apartments with a shared pool constructed in typical Sardinian style. It is located in a unique position, just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi, one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover, there are several small bays 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has a magnificent sea view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. By the swimming pool of this apartment for rent in Sardinia, there are chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.

Attractions
The next airport and port is Olbia which is in 85 km or Alghero in 95 km. Costa Paradiso is easily accessible by car and is located on the panoramic road leading from Santa Teresa di Gallura to Castelsardo and Valledoria.
The big village is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique wild nature, rose rocks of amazing forms carved by the wind and crystal clear waters. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum and corbezzolo (strawberry tree).
Interior Description
This holiday apartment in Sardinia can accommodate maximum five people and consists of a living room with a sofa and a modern kitchen and a big terrace with sea view and grill on the upper floor and two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace on the lower floor. The access to the swimming pool is from the lower floor.
A parking slot is available for our guests.
