It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia.
Moreover there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe.
The villa has a magnificent sea-view and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. This small villa is located not in front of the pool but about 25 meters from it which is perfect for those looking for more privacy.

Costa Paradiso is located along the scenic coastal road connecting Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, approximately 35 km from both towns, making it an ideal base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
The coastline is dotted with numerous secluded coves, natural inlets, and small beaches, both rocky and sandy. Some can be reached on foot via picturesque coastal trails, while others, more secluded and unspoilt, are easily accessible by sea.
The most famous beach in Costa Paradiso is undoubtedly Li Cossi, considered one of the most spectacular beaches in Gallura. Nestled between towering granite cliffs, it features fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters in striking shades of turquoise and emerald green. From the nearest car park, Li Cossi can be reached via a spectacular coastal trail, with a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes.
Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, Costa Paradiso is also a lively and well-equipped holiday destination. Interior Description
This holiday accomodation in Sardinia can accomodate up to five people and consists of two floors.
On the lower floor, there is a living room with a sofa, a little kitchen, and access to a large terrace with a beautiful sea view, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea while savoring delicious grilled meat.
The upper floor features the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with three single beds—a bathroom with a shower, and a second spacious terrace with a sea view.
The swimming pool area is accessible from the lower floor and is equipped with chaise-longues for sunbathing and an outdoor shower.
The property includes a private parking space for our guests, and pets are allowed upon request at an additional cost of €100.00 per pet.
