This villa in Costa Paradiso for rent has a breathtaking sea view and overlooks the warm-toned rocks of this resort.
Outside, the villa has a beautiful veranda equipped with a table for eating in the open air or ideal for when you want to organise a barbecue.
In the most panoramic point of the veranda, we find a Jacuzzi with two deck chairs for sunbathing, a relaxation area with a table and an outdoor sofa with sea view.

Attractions
This property is a villa to rent in Italy near beach. In fact, the beautiful sandy beach of "Li Cossi" can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The cove of Li Baietti, which is suitable for sunbathing, swimming but also snorkeling, is located 5 minutes of walk from the villa.
Other beautiful beaches like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are easily reachable by car. Costa Paradiso is also famous for its incredible, secluded rocky coves perfect for snorkelling in the crystal clear water. In Costa Paradiso there are some supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as other smaller shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the summer season. A medical service is also available during the summer months.
Interior Description
Villa Assenzia is a cosy well-furnished holiday home in Sardinia with a wonderful terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view on the sea and on the typical Mediterranean vegetation. An additional highlight in the villa is the jacuzzi (heated on request) where you can relax admiring the view. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a sofa bed.
Please note: for Jacuzzi heating (on request) is required an extra supplement of euro 15.00 per day.
