Outdoor
The advantage of Villa Li Junchi is certainly its terrace. In fact, here you can enjoy an incredible sea view and the outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, allows you to have meals or simply sip a drink with your friends or family.
Furthermore, a Jacuzzi on the terrace will be an added value for this villa in Costa Paradiso which already enjoys a privileged position and has an additional veranda-solarium with two deck chairs where you can comfortably sunbathe. The villa has a covered parking space and a barbecue if you want to have an outdoor dinner with friends, sitting in front of a breathtaking view.
Attractions
The shopping center "Maya" with its restaurant and a bar, is only 5 minutes of walk. The beautiful sandy beach of "Li Cossi" can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The cove of Li Baietti, which is suitable for sunbathing, swimming but also snorkeling, is located 5 minutes of walk from the villa.
Other beautiful beaches like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa, are located near Costa Paradiso and are easily reachable by car. There are also amazing coves that you can reach by boot and at the small harbor of Costa Paradiso you can find some for rent. There is also a diving center with a diving school.
In Costa Paradiso there are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as other smaller shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the summer season. A medical service is available during the summer months.
The nearest villages are Trinità d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. Some places of interest in Gallura, suitable for hiking and cycling, are, for example, Luogosanto and Tempio. Also the famous Valle della Luna near Aggius is not far from Costa Paradiso.

The kitchen, small but well-equipped, also provides access to the covered veranda, furnished with a dining table for enjoying meals outdoors.
The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with a bunk bed, and three bathrooms.
