Located in a privileged position, it boasts a spacious terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea and an elevated vantage point to admire the stunning coastline, with its red rocks against the vibrant electric blue waters.
The villa offers private parking, and a few steps lead up to the property.
Entering the house, to the right, you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open kitchen. Directly ahead, there’s a cozy sitting area that opens onto the large terrace, where the private pool is located.
Costa Paradiso is considered a natural park and is famous for its unique, untamed nature, featuring stunning pink rock formations sculpted by the wind and crystal-clear, emerald-green waters. The area is very peaceful and perfect for families. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the entire area offers the natural fragrances of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum, and strawberry trees.
Costa Paradiso is an excellent base for exploring northern Sardinia, including some of the island’s best beaches like Li Cossi, Rena Majore, Porto Pollo, Lu Litarroni, Capo Testa, and Valle della Luna, as well as charming towns like Tempio, Palau, and Arzachena. The Costa Smeralda is just an hour's drive away.
The nearest airports and ports are in Olbia (85 km), Alghero (95 km), and Porto Torres (70 km).

Interior Description
Entering the house, on the right, we find a spacious and bright living-dining area with an open-plan kitchenette. Directly in front of us, there is a charming sitting area that opens onto the large terrace, where the private pool is located.
The sleeping area is well-defined and offers perfect privacy from the living area, thanks to a six-step difference in level that leads to a hallway giving access to the bathroom and two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a French door providing direct access to the outdoor terrace, enhancing maximum comfort and privacy. However, the villa can accommodate up to six people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
The property is completed by a lovely covered veranda in front of the pool, with a stunning sea view. Furnished with a table and chairs, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the first light of dawn over the sea while sipping a good coffee, or to spend relaxing moments surrounded by the peace of the Mediterranean scrub enveloping the property, breathing in the sea breeze.
