A glass door will welcome you to the outdoor spaces of this villa in Costa Paradiso. At Villetta Ginepro Verde, if you want to take a dip, the shared swimming pool will be at your disposal as well as always visible from the property.
The veranda is an excellent refreshment point before and after a long day at the beach. Here there is a barbecue that will give you the opportunity to relax with grilled food that will be to the liking of all your guests. The house is surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and a very suggestive view of the coast.
Please note that the property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance cameras for security reasons.

This exclusive seaside residential complex stretches harmoniously along the coastline, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Costa Paradiso is located along the scenic coastal road connecting Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, approximately 35 km from both towns, making it an ideal base for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.
The coastline is dotted with numerous secluded coves, natural inlets, and small beaches, both rocky and sandy. Some can be reached on foot via picturesque coastal trails, while others, more secluded and unspoilt, are easily accessible by sea.
The most famous beach in Costa Paradiso is undoubtedly Li Cossi, considered one of the most spectacular beaches in Gallura. Nestled between towering granite cliffs, it features fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters in striking shades of turquoise and emerald green. From the nearest car park, Li Cossi can be reached via a spectacular coastal trail, with a walk of approximately 10–15 minutes.
Beyond its extraordinary natural beauty, Costa Paradiso is also a lively and well-equipped holiday destination. The residential complex offers a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, Sardinian handicraft shops, and a medical service, making the area suitable for extended stays and family holidays alike.
Costa Paradiso also has a small marina, an ideal starting point for boat trips and excursions along the coastline. For those wishing to discover more secluded bays, we offer the opportunity to rent a RIB with us and explore the coastline from the sea. You can reach the beautiful Cala Tinnari, set in a particularly wild and unspoilt landscape, or continue towards Isola Rossa and its best-known beaches, including La Marinedda and Spiaggia Longa, before heading further along the coast to the coves and bays around Li Feruli.
Exploring by boat is a wonderful way to discover some of the most captivating and hidden corners of Sardinia’s northern coastline, enjoying its natural beauty from a truly privileged perspective.

This holiday villa consists of cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom. In the living room there is an extra double sofa bed, so the house can accommodate up to 6 people. The living area leads out onto the spacious and shaded terrace, provided with outdoor dining table and barbecue. Right In front of the terrace are the two nice pools, shared by other 3 units.

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt im Mai 2026 in der Villetta Ginepro Verde, Costa Paradiso verbracht. Gerne teilen wir hier unsere insgesamt sehr positiven Erfahrungen vom Ferienhaus, von Sardinia Unlimited und Costa Paradiso .
Die Villetta hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die wunderschöne Terrasse wurde bei ruhigem Wetter für uns zu einem zusätzlichen Wohnraum – zum Lesen, Arbeiten oder Essen - mit Blick auf das Meer und die Anlage mit viel Grün, Fantasie anregenden Granitfels-Formationen und im Abendlicht ockerfarbig leuchtende Häuschen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts erlebten wir grosse Wetterunterschiede – von kühlen Tagen mit Heizbedarf bis zu sommerlicher Hitze. Umso mehr schätzten wir die Klimaanlage, die sowohl zum Heizen als auch zum Kühlen zuverlässig funktionierte.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die auf die Terrasse gerichteten Videokameras empfanden wir als etwas störend, auch wenn uns versichert wurde, dass sie nicht aktiv sind. Eine Abdeckung würde hier für mehr Vertrauen sorgen.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt Rina von Sardinia Unlimited. Ihr Service war ausgezeichnet. Sie war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar, reagierte schnell, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, sympathisch und verlässlich. Sardinia Unlimited und insbesondere Rina können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Costa Paradiso ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den schönsten Stränden der Nordküste Sardiniens sowie zu sehenswerten Orten wie Castelsardo, Santa Teresa di Gallura oder Tempio Pausania.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
My husband, my daughter and me had a wonderful stay at Ginepro Verde for one week in September. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view from the terrace.
Rina from Sardinia Unlimited has contacted us in advance to arrange our arrival. During our stay she replied immediately when we had a question and she gave us great recommondations for restaurants and trips where to go.
