Villa Autumn Amber is a charming Sardinia holiday rental located within the enchanting residence of Sant'Elmo, a few kilometers from the village of Costa Rei. The village stands out for the architectural simplicity of its houses based on the balance between the abundant use of exposed stone and the iridescent white of the interiors. At the basis of this refined simplicity is the desire to integrate the buildings into the surrounding nature, giving them a semblance of spontaneity thanks to the use of granite which is the main material of Sardinia. The total fusion with the landscape is accompanied by an attempt to recover the historical dimension: in fact, majestic trilithons dot the entire village, giving it a wonderful ancestral atmosphere.
In this Sardinia sea villa it is possible to immerse yourself in this oasis of colors and ancient scents thanks to the large private patio equipped with a table where you can comfortably have lunch outdoors and a solarium area. The patio is bordered by a fascinating monolithic structure that creates a frame for the indigo sea and the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub shrubs.

Sant'Elmo is a charming village located about 50 km from the city of Cagliari, in south Sardinia, and just a few minutes by car from the renowned resort of Castiadas. The village overlooks a long coastline of fine white sand and crystal clear waters which borders on one side with the village of Costa Rei and on the other with that of Villasimius. The latter in particular is located 13 km from the villa and is characterized by its spectacular beaches, lively nightlife and typical bars that make it one of the main tourist areas on the south coast of Sardinia.
Interior Description
Villa Autumn Amber is a welcoming Sardinia vacation rental suitable for hosting a maximum of 5 guests. The simple furnishings reflect the balance of the surrounding landscape through large white walls from which the bright colors of the exposed beams and decorative elements emerge. At the entrance, a spacious fully equipped kitchen gives way to a comfortable living area with a sofa overlooking the sea. The sleeping area instead consists of a room with a single bed and a bunk bed, and a large and bright double bedroom. Two bathrooms complete the home.

This property looks like it’s straight out of a magazine! When we booked it, we honestly weren’t expecting much because it’s hard to fully understand how it’s set up and exactly where it’s located just from the listing. But once we arrived, we were blown away. The villa is located inside the Sant’Elmo village, where you’ll find a market and a bar nearby. The beach is just a few hundred meters away, an easy and pleasant walk. The peace and quiet we experienced in this spot were truly one of a kind. Inside, the villa has absolutely everything you need, it’s well-equipped and very comfortable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Our only small complaint is that the internet wasn’t as fast as we needed for work, but honestly, we ended up working less and just enjoying the incredible surroundings.
