The estate consists of a main villa and two independent guest annexes. The kitchen is professional and fully equipped, with a central island, double refrigerator, double oven, double induction hob and wine cellar, as well as a secondary service kitchen.
The sleeping area includes a master suite with sea view and private terrace, a double bedroom with sea view, a bunk bedroom overlooking the garden, and additional double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The two annexes provide guests with added independence and privacy.
The outdoor areas include a panoramic swimming pool with an integrated children’s area and optional heating, a jacuzzi on the solarium terrace, an outdoor fitness area, a SPA with Turkish bath and sauna, as well as an expansive Mediterranean garden with relaxation areas, an outdoor bar, double barbecue and a children’s playground.
