This family villa in Sardinia is organised on two levels, which are extensively connected, has two access points and completely autonomous rooms.
Both floors, in fact, present an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a direct connection to the external areas of the villa.
On the upper floor, a splendid terrace offers an enchanting view of the Island of Tavolara and the surrounding coastline, while on the lower floor, the living room connects directly to a patio set between stone walls that accommodates a lounge area and a large brick barbecue, and to an outdoor courtyard with stone seating surrounded by the greenery of nature.
Inside, this holiday home in San Teodoro also features some rooms enriched with elements that recall the typical Gallura style and recall the colours of the turquoise sea of this coast.

Waren im Oktober 25 in dieser Villa und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Zwei 5 köpfige Familien auf zwei verschiedenen Etagen mit seperatem Eingang. Herrlicher Garten und grosszügige Umgebung. In 2 Gehminuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand von lu Impostu. Auf der Veranda hat man sogar ei wenig Meerblick. Nicoletta war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat rasch reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür und bis zum nächsten mal!

Posizione eccellente, villa magnifica con spazi adatti a bambini di ogni età. Bellissima veranda con ampio e godibilissimo giardino. Cucina attrezzata per ogni esigenza. Niente da eccepire.

The house is big and nice but had a lot of small issues, like oven, induction oven and internet not working. the Sardinia unlimited team was very helpful in solving them. The garden is amazing. the location is great, as its next to Lu Impostu beach, however the beach is overcrowded and not very enjoyable. good for kids. for adults, best to rent boats and find a quiet spot
