The house is fully air-conditioned, and the kitchen, crafted in elegant solid wood, features four induction hobs, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a microwave, and everything needed to make every meal a daily pleasure.
Large windows surrounding the living room flood the space with light and provide easy access to the covered verandas, furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation and socializing while admiring the stunning sunsets of the Costa Smeralda.
The areas connecting the living zone to the sleeping quarters are decorated with floral motifs adorning the walls and niches throughout the house.
The sleeping area includes four bedrooms: two double bedrooms, both with independent exterior access and private en-suite bathrooms; one twin bedroom with two single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom; and one single bedroom.
