The essentiality and sinuosity of the wood, carefully combined with the various architectural elements, represent a constant of Villa Esmar. In fact, the syntony provided by the individual elements of the surrounding nature restores a feeling of balance and serenity that extends to the private pool with sea view, located on the upper floor and also characterised by a soft and fluid shape that recalls the element of the water itself. Moreover, next to the pool there’s a comfortable lounge area designed to lose oneself in the scents and colours that envelop the spacious panoramic terrace on which it is located.

Villa Esmar is a splendid villa located in the Gulf of Pevero, just 5 kilometres from the glitz of Porto Cervo and the most beautiful beaches of the northeastern Sardinia. Indeed, from the villa’s stunning panoramic terrace, the turquois waters of the Grande Pevero can be admired. Only 3 kilometres away, this half-moon shaped inlet is characterised by fine white sand and crystal-clear waters with shallow waters that make it one of the symbols of the area.
Still 4 kilometres away from villa Esmar another pearl of the Costa Smeralda can be found, the Capriccioli beach: an isthmus of granite land surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub that stands out against a brilliant emerald sea and in the background the evocative islands of Soffi and Mortorio. Just 5 kilometres away instead is Porto Cervo: the perfect Mediterranean village for luxury relaxation. In fact, the emerald capital, characterised by the picturesque Promenade du Port, winds its way through unique examples of architecture that, amidst high fashion shops, typical restaurants and fine craftsmanship, give one the feeling of strolling through an open air art gallery.
Interior Description
Villa Esmar is characterised by an architectural aesthetic of great harmony, made up of soft and sinuous lines that unfold among natural materials. The different colours of the granite, in fact, harmonie in a unique balance with the sinuosity of the juniper and the whiteness of the walls, making elegance and simplicity the hallmarks of this Porto Cervo villa. As a matter of fact, the warm and welcoming atmosphere dominates the entire villa, starting from the spacious open space composed by an elegant dining area furnished with light and delicate elements that expand to the fully equipped kitchen and the living area, giving them a strong and natural aspect.
The same organic architecture is maintained on the upper floor, which houses two brightly lit bedrooms thanks to the combination of white wall, the numerous shades of wood in the furnishings and the light blue instars echoing the nuances of the sea. The shades of the surrounding nature are also echoed in the two double bedrooms on the lower floor where the soft colours of the wood combine with the indigo of the finely decorated furniture.
