Villetta Parthenope is the right choice for your holidays in Sardinia. The residence in which this apartment in Porto Cervo is located is close to most of the tourist attractions of the northeast Sardinia coast. In fact, in about ten minutes on foot, you can easily reach the centre of Porto Cervo which, being considered an open-air gallery, allows you to enjoy a relaxing stroll along the streets that wind between high-fashion shops and typical venues set up in structures bear the signature of international architects.
Not far from Viletta Parthenope, there are two small beaches that guarantee great privacy: Cala Granu beach and Dolce Sposa beach. Further on there are a series of breathtaking beaches such as the beach of Porto Paglia and those of the Gulf of Pevero with the characteristic crescent shape, or even the Capriccioli beach with its infinite shades of sunset and the beach of Liscia Ruja characterized by fine white sand and known above all for its extension which makes it particularly suitable for families.
Interior Description
Internally, this holiday rental in Sardinia is characterized by a strong luminosity thanks to the large French windows and the typical architectural style of the Costa Smeralda which, preferring light colors, reverberates it, giving the environment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The patio leads directly to the open space which includes two sofa beds and the dining area which also enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen entirely in light wood with careful finishes. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a Sardinian-style double bedroom with a panoramic view, which overlooks the patio directly. The other room, also in the Smeralda style, is made up of two comfortable single beds.
Please note:
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20.
- padel costs € 40,00 for an hour and a half in the low season and € 60,00 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to € 5,00 each.
