Villa Solmiris is set within over 5,000 sqm of private parkland featuring centuries-old trees and natural granite monoliths, located inside the Porto Rotondo consortium. The property consists of a main villa and five independent guest villas set within the park, including a fully self-contained dependance, making it an ideal solution for large families or groups of friends while ensuring comfort and private spaces.

The outdoor areas are designed to be enjoyed at any time of day, featuring a heated infinity pool with a spacious teak sun deck, harmoniously connected to the large covered panoramic veranda of the main villa, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The experience is completed by a newly built panoramic fitness area, a fully equipped barbecue area and refined evening lighting that enhances both the villa and the park, creating an elegant and atmospheric setting.

Interior Description

The interiors of the Main Villa express a perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and contemporary design. Large panoramic windows enhance every space, creating a constant dialogue between indoor and outdoor areas. The living area features a spacious lounge furnished with a central modular designer sofa, a refined dining area, and a large TV that is also visible from the outdoor veranda. Completing the experience is a wine cellar offering a selection of fine wines for guests.

The villa features two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor, connected to each other and designed to ensure maximum functionality, even when hosting private chefs. The spaces are carefully planned to facilitate the organization of the stay, including a convenient external access dedicated to grocery deliveries. A service bathroom with shower is also available, easily accessible without passing through the living area.

The sleeping area is dominated by a spectacular master suite characterized by large windows offering enchanting views of the landscape, the swimming pool, and Porto Rotondo, creating an atmosphere of absolute peace and privacy. The bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with access to a private terrace and was completely renovated in 2024, like the rest of the villa, with independently controlled air conditioning and heating systems. A second double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom completes the Main Villa, ideal for hosting family members or friends.

Within the park, there are five independent guest villas immersed in nature and designed to ensure comfort and privacy. Each unit features a private entrance, private outdoor spaces, and bright interiors thanks to large panoramic windows. The five villas offer 3 romantic double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms (double bed plus single bed), all with new furnishings, high-quality finishes, independent air conditioning, in-room refrigerator, and bathrooms finished in Orosei marble. They are the ideal solution for guests seeking independence without sacrificing elegance and quality.

Included services feature a welcome book, a welcome kit with local products, essential items, and luxury toiletries, weekly linen change, and daily cleaning of common areas. Daily bedroom cleaning is available upon request as an extra service. Pool and garden maintenance are also included, along with a basic staff team consisting of a concierge, a housekeeper, and a driver. A private VAN is available for transfers upon request, at an additional cost.

Additional services are available upon request, including bartender, chef, and butler. Guests may also enhance their stay with optional VIP services such as a private chef, butler, bartender, private transfers, yacht rental, in-villa massages and beauty treatments, personal trainer, organization of private events, and bespoke experiences.
