This luxury villa in Costa Smeralda is inserted in a setting where the magic becomes real. Porto Rotondo is one of the most important tourist destinations of the entire Mediterranean sea. Villa La Surzaga has a very special position, on a hill overlooking Porto Rotondo where you can enjoy a magnificent scenic view of the Gulf of Cugnana, Cala di Volpe including the island Mortorio, despite being located very close to the city center (5 min. walk).
We are offering you the opportunity to fully enjoy the Mediterranean scents and colours: untouched seaside, olive trees, junipers, rosemary, lavender, bougainvillea, myrtle bushes, pomegranate and many more all in a large garden that can also be enjoyed by night.
Outdoor
The exteriors of Villa Surzaga are as spectacular as what awaits you inside. Surrounded by smooth rock in which paths have been created that lead to various relaxation areas arranged here and there in the garden.
This villa in Sardinia has two swimming pools, one of which is hydromassage, illuminated and surrounded by a lawn and several deck chairs for sunbathing.
In the garden of Villa Surzaga, given the vase, you can explore or relax by breathing the uncontaminated air that is filtered by the various plants and trees.
Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners.
Attractions
The most chic and equipped beach, the "Sporting beach" can be reached on foot. If you are looking for peace and relax without been completely cut off from the world, that’s the perfect place.
Interior Description
The property, surrounded by granite rocks, was built in the antique Cava Romana of Porto Rotondo. In the garden it is still possible to see the excavations of the two antique columns and other three little columns which are now located at the entrance of Porto Rotondo.
This Sardinia holiday villa offers a high level of comfort and peace: cold/hot air conditioning, internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with two big window glasses and a crystal table with views on the pools and the sea. There is an internal patio with a large dining table (14 sits), a beautiful corner sheltered from the wind.
The sleeping area of the main villa, completely separated from the living area consist of three double bedrooms and one single, each one with an en-suite bathroom.
There are two completely independent dependances: the first, called "Nuragus", is located on the upper part of the property and has a fireplace room; the second, called "Castellino", has a big window glass with great sea-view. Each dependance has its own bedroom and bathroom with A/C, television, mini-bar and safe.
In the beautiful garden there are two amazing pools, one heart-shaped and the smaller octagonal, perfect for children. Each one colored with different lights, hydromassage and other options.
Included in the price: Cleaning service of 4 hours from Monday to Saturday.
PLEASE NOTE: water, gas and electricity consumption are to be paid separately at the end of the stay according to consumption.
