This charming property can be reached along a paved path that leads directly to a large and well-kept lawn overlooked by a large veranda. Here there is a large table to comfortably dine outdoors and enjoy the surrounding nature. On the left there is a large paved space which houses a fantastic and clear heated in-ground private swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing solarium area.

Villa Canto Antico is located at the gates of the renowned and luxurious Costa Smeralda, being only 11 km from Olbia Airport, the main landing point for the eastern part of the island.
This luxury villa in Sardinia is also located 10 km from Le Saline beach which is a long coastline of fine white sand that opens onto an expanse of blue water surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. 13 km away is the beach of Porto Istana, considered one of the pearls of this part of the island. The beach is divided into several coves separated by fascinating red granite stones smoothed by the wind. Between the two beaches, there is the fascinating isthmus of Capo Ceraso along which there are countless and fascinating coves that guarantee great privacy and confidentiality.
Interior Description
Internally this Sardinia holiday letting is structured on two floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
At the entrance there is a delightful and spacious kitchen complete with everything with an elegantly rustic flavor in which simplicity reigns supreme. Here we find a long table with an intense color and a fireplace that helps to spread a familiar and homely atmosphere. Further on there is a comfortable living room with warm colors that spread an enveloping sensation where there is a double sofa bed. On the same floor there is also a comfortable double bedroom with a delicate-looking en suite bathroom that directly overlooks the fantastic garden.
Finally, the upper floor is entirely occupied by the sleeping area. Here, in fact, there are three very large double bedrooms with very elegant and comfortable simplicity thanks to the enveloping colors of the wood and the laminar ceiling and the refinement and shrewdness of the furnishings.
NOTE: electricity costs should be paid at the end of the stay on consumption.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa in 12 ( 6 adulti e 6 bambini) per una settimana.
La villa è situata in un paesino di campagna tra Olbia e San Teodoro. E molto spaziosa e ben arredata. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata.
Gli esterni sono bellissimi: una zona per poter mangiare fuori con un tavolo grande, la zona piscina con lettini e ombrellone + una doccia esterna.
Inoltre il personale dell’agenzia è molto disponibile e gentile.
Ciò non toglie nulla al carisma e alla bellezza di questa casa.
