The large open spaces of the house also include a large patio located at the back and furnished with a built-in corner kitchen with a comfortable annexed peninsula. Everithing is finished with precious wood and quality marble, whose dark and full colours represent the only detachment from the immaculate whiteness that characterises the entire property.

Villa Sassifraga is located in the exclusive village of Portobello di Gallura and enjoys a spectacular sea view from every corner of the house. In fact, the villa is only 250 meters from Lu Culumbu beach and 750 from Portobello Nord beach. Passing along a short path that winds through scented mastic and olive shrubs, you can reach this fantastic beach of coarse-grained pink sand from which you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
For hiking lovers, a panoramic coastal route winds its way from the village of Portobello di Gallura which continues for several kilometers and is interspersed with spectacular coves.

Interior Description

Villa Sassifraga is a splendid villa in Sardinia near the beach in Portobello di Gallura which is spread over two floors.
On the first floor there is a beautiful living room embellished with marine elements and separated from the external veranda by a sliding glass door which allows the room to have a panoramic view. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen furnished in very light tones that give it a unique luminosity. The next room is occupied by a charming dining room with a wonderful view on the outside.

The sleeping area instead consists of a double bedroom with a refined style and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds which are also very bright and furnished with sinuous shapes and the strong contrasts of wood with the light colors of the marine elements. Finally, a final bedroom with a single bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
On the ground floor there is instead an annex with an independent entrance and composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and very light and bright furnishings, a bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable bathroom and externally a terrace with lounge area.
