First of all, you will have the opportunity to take a swim in the splendid beach of Rena Majori characterised by impalpable white sand that plunges into a sea of enchanting colours, an ideal destination for snorkelling enthusiasts.
Nearby is also the Monti Russu nature site, characterised by unique naturalistic aspects, such as the presence of centuries-old junipers, beaches with sand dunes and a variety of flora and fauna such as the Tufted Maragon and the Corsican Seagull.
Just a few kilometres away is the small town of Santa Teresa di Gallura, a lively centre in the summer, full of restaurants and services whose port hosts boats offering day trips to nearby Corsica or the enchanting La Maddalena Archipelago.
Santa Teresa is also home to the famous Rena Bianca beach, a 700-metre-long cove with a shallow seabed and soft, white sand, with a clear sea of dazzling colours. A short distance away is the peninsula-promontory of Capo Testa, joined to the mainland by a tongue of sand that forms two beaches - Rena di Ponente (or Taltana) and Rena di Levante.

Beautiful, newly built, single standing house. Nice and spacious rooms, perfectly equiped kitchen with all amenities one could wish for. 10 minutes by foot to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the bigger supermarkets.
The close beaches are beautiful and there are nice walking possibilities with dog.

Fantastic villa. Spacious and comfortable even for a big group. Good indoor and outdoor social spaces so doesn’t matter what the weather is there is always somewhere to hang out. My favourite was early mornings on the rooftop terrace enjoying the sun before it got too hot.
Based in a quiet village which has enough facilities you don’t have to travel. I’d still advise a car as there is much to explore in this quieter part of Sardinia.

Beautiful house. Very clean and comfortable. Looks even better in person than in the pictures. We had a great time with our friends. We were 4 couples. Nice little town close to many beautiful beaches and Ferry to Corsica. Air conditioners in every room, nice pool, well equipped.
The only downside will be the garbage disposal, (very complicated and troublesome) specially when you’re on vacation, but I guess that’s the same in all houses in Sardina, so not their fault. I’ll definitely recommend this house.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
The villa was amazing, brand new, comfortable and beautifully furnished and clean. It was fully equipped. The children loved the swimming pool. The view of the Jura from the terrace was enchanting. The agent who received us was extremely kind and helpful and helped us with any questions we had. We were all satisfied and enjoyed our holiday. Thank you for everything!
