One of its most striking features is the large private swimming pool, measuring 14 x 4 metres and approximately 1.50 metres deep. It is set within a spacious natural stone terrace equipped with sun loungers, outdoor poufs, a parasol and an outdoor shower.
Covered verandas and relaxation areas provide the perfect setting for spending time outdoors while enjoying the scenery and peaceful countryside. Two large chestnut-wood tables, handcrafted by local artisans, offer plenty of space for shared lunches and dinners, making the outdoor areas particularly suitable for larger groups.

Just 3 km from the villa lies San Pantaleo, one of the most distinctive villages in Gallura, nestled among spectacular granite mountains.

With its bohemian atmosphere, art galleries, artisan boutiques and lively Thursday market, San Pantaleo is a wonderful place to explore at a leisurely pace, strolling through its narrow streets and stopping for a coffee in the village square.

Interior Description

The interiors preserve the style of traditional Sardinian country homes, featuring terracotta floors, light colours, wooden elements and details inspired by local craftsmanship.
The spacious, light-filled living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and opens onto the outdoor veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The sleeping area comprises 7 air-conditioned bedrooms: 5 double bedrooms, one quadruple room with two bunk beds, and one twin room with a bunk bed. This layout accommodates up to 16 guests and is particularly well suited to families travelling together, as well as groups with children or teenagers.
The villa also has 5 bathrooms, including 3 with showers and 2 with bathtubs. Two bathrooms are en suite, with direct access from their respective bedrooms.
