Located in the hamlet of Punta Molara, in the vicinity of San Teodoro Sardinia, Flor de Lis is a magnificent private pool Villa surrounded by a pretty lawn which is overlooked by a wide and bright veranda, ideal for consuming al fresco dining both with family or friends, or enjoying the calm of the place in the comfortable adjacent lounge area.
Note: the air conditioning is present on the main floor (living room, 2 bedrooms), on the basement floor there is a fan.

Attractions
Villa Flor de Lis represents the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday by the pool or on the beach. The Villa is located close to the beach of Cala Ginepro, a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters, immersed in the peculiar Mediterranean scrub, which is located exactly in front of the Molara Island from which the beauty of the panorama can be admired.
To its right, passing along a short rocky path, “Cala Macchia” can be reached, a pristine beach perfect for enjoying calm. In addition to these, about 650 metres away, a small cala called Cala Granchio can be found and about 900 metres away there is Punta Molara, a small beach nestled among typical granite rocks.
It is also possible to book the five-a-side football and tennis courts by contacting the reception directly.
Interior Description
Villa Flor de Lis is divided into two levels that are not communicating internally.
The cozy interior spaces, designed to accommodate up to six people, are furnished in a sober and clear manner so as to diffuse the brightness that characterizes the outdoors. In fact, the veranda opens onto a comfortable open space consisting of a fully stocked kitchen and a living space where you can relax with friends. This leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor, consisting of a finely furnished double room with king-size bed and another twin room, while the lower floor has an additional double room with a refined style and en suite bathroom for a total of three services, and an L-shaped sofa bed consisting of two single beds and a small kitchenette.
Near the pool is an outdoor shower.

This is a small yet very cozy villa with all the necessary amenities. The nearest beach is about 10-12 min walk by a beautiful path surrounded by pines. Nicoletta was very helpful and fast responding. Thank you!
The only issue we can mention is a schedule of some noisy works. They started at 8 am with a lawn mower - it's definitely not what you expect on your vacation week. La villa Flor de Lis è molto bella, comoda, ben attrezzata, con una bella piscina, molte sedie a sdraio e due grandi ombrelloni. C'è tutto di cui si ha bisogno. La villa, i mobili e tutti gli aggeggi non sono sciupati ma ben mantenuti. Ci sono tre bagni con doccia perfetti! La doccia esterna presso la piscina è comodissima e molto bella. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà! Le vacanze sono dunque un piacere.
Ultimo punto: un grande complimento a SARDINIA UNLIMITED. Il servizio è stato di altissima qualità, le risposte rapidissime, l'atteggiamento professionale e condiscendente. Con SARDINIA UNLIMITED avrete un partner assolutamente affidabile!!! In tutti altri soggiorni in Sardegna finora non abbiamo mai incontrato un tale professionalismo! Villa Flor de Lis is stunning, beautifully furnished and perfectly in tune with its surroundings. It is also very private and guarantees great privacy. We had fun playing with the kids in the fabulous pool!

Our stay at Villa Flor de Lis was magical beyond all expectations. The villa was impeccable and simply beautiful. The Staff were friendly and amazing accommodating. And Sardinian food! Oh my god, the food was totally delicious. If we come back to Sardinia we would not consider staying anywhere other than here.
