Outside, the villa features a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by local stone, Mediterranean vegetation, and sunbathing areas. After a morning at the beach, returning to the villa for a refreshing swim becomes one of the simple luxuries of the holiday.

The location is one of the property's true highlights: Lu Impostu Beach is only about 900 meters away and can easily be reached on foot. During the summer months, access to the beach is limited, making it even more exclusive and well preserved. Guests also benefit from a private parking space near Lu Impostu Beach, a rare and valuable advantage during the high season.

Within a short walking distance, guests will find a grocery store, bars, a tobacconist, and essential services, making the villa particularly convenient for extended stays or larger groups.
