In addition, villa Bolina has a wonderful fully equipped outdoor veranda with a very comfortable corner sofa and armchairs that allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in company while admiring the wonderful sea view framed by a bougainvillea pergola with intense aromas.
Also in the rear part of the property it is possible to find a comfortable and large patio equipped with a hob and barbecue, as well as a large table and a peninsula for pleasantly having meals outdoors. In addition, Villa Bolina has various facilities for leisure and recreational activities for carefree convivial moments with relatives and friends.

Villa Bolina is located in the exclusive village of Santa Reparata, just 3 kilometres from Santa Teresa di Gallura and close to breathtaking beaches. In fact, the villa is 400 metres from the Santa Reparata beach and 200 metres from its coves, considered an enchantment immersed in the marine park of Capo Testa. At a distance of 800 metres from Villa Bolina is the beach of La Liccia, which is characterised by being uncrowded, with a rocky seabed and rich in marine fauna, and above all by being the starting point of a path that stretches for several kilometres and runs along the coastline. At 1.7 kilometres from the property there are also the beaches of Rena di Ponente and Rena di Levante, also known as 'The two beaches' as they lie on either side of the isthmus of land that connects Santa Teresa di Gallura to the characteristic Capo Testa peninsula.

Upon entering, a spacious and modern open space unfolds, which includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable table in the center. The kitchen also provides access to the veranda at the rear. On the same floor, you’ll find the sleeping area, easily accessible directly from the open space.
This seafront villa in Sardinia consists of three bedrooms, two of which are doubles with panoramic views of the garden and the sea. The third room has two single beds with two additional pull-out beds, which can be converted into two double beds if needed. Completing the house are two elegant and modern bathrooms.

We stayed at villa Bolina for a week in August. It is a very quiet and private villa despite being in a very lively village in August! Abbiamo trascorso due settimane veramente rilassanti in Sardegna e in particolare in questa villa. Abbiamo deciso di trascorre, come ogni anno, le vacanze insieme a una coppia di amici con figli, come noi, e abbiamo scelto la Sardegna quest'anno: non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Abbiamo apprezzato molto gli ampi spazi all'aperto della casa soprattutto perché i bambini ci potevano giocare liberi e senza pericolo. e poi che dire....posto fantastico con un mare spettacolare! grazie del servizio!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Bolina, a Santa Reparata. La villa era pulitissima e super spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfetta per una famiglia grande come la nostra. La Villa era molto bella e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario. Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo e relativamente appartato ed è quello che abbiamo ottenuto grazie alla professionalità della Sardinia Unlimited. Al contempo però, la villa è vicinissima a bar, ristoranti e negozi che ci hanno dato la possibilità di assaggiare e acquistare prodotti locali.
