In fact, the villa is entirely surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden carpeted with flowering oleanders that contribute to filling the air with the fragrances and aromas typical of the Mediterranean maquis. To allow guests to enjoy their contact with nature and to spend pleasant moments of conviviality, the outside area has a lounge area with comfortable sofas and a dining table as well as a barbecue area.

The property is located near the sandy beach of Il Gabbiano, not far from the wonderful spiaggia de La Pelosa, renowned throughout the world for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand beach. The presence of a maximum security prison has made access to the island by tourists forbidden for years and this has resulted in the presence of an almost untouched nature. In addition, Asinara is characterized by small enchanting coves, beaches and inlets of unspoilt beauty that take your breath away, some of which can be visited on organized excursions. All of these elements, combined with the particular position of the village of Stintino, help to attract thousands of visitors every year.
Interior Description
This villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The property is entirely furnished in the typical Mediterranean style with a preference for white colors and simple, linear shapes which overall manage to give the villa a unique luminosity. The house is also designed to enjoy moments in company and relax both externally and internally.
In fact, inside we can find a comfortable and large open space consisting of living room and dining room which ideally represents the continuum of the outdoor lounge area separated from this only by a glass door. Furthermore, in addition to the kitchen located in a separate position from the dining area, the villa has 5 bedrooms, two of which are very large and welcoming double bedrooms: the first, entirely furnished in white and cream, overlooks the outside of the villa directly, the the second one is just as large and furnished with references to the element of the sea. The remaining three bedrooms are single and all furnished in Mediterranean style with terracotta floors and natural elements.

We had a lovely stay at Il Rifugio Del Bandito. The accommodations were comfortable for our two families staying together. The garden was peaceful and spacious. And the walk to the beach and a few restaurants nearby, easy. There were a few minor hiccups with the washing machine and garbage pickups, which Giovanni and the team were very quick to respond to. Overall, they were so accommodating, which added to a pleasant stay.

Davvero una splendida vacanza. La villa è posizionata in modo perfetto! In 5 minuti si arriva alla Spiaggia de La Pelosa e in 2 a quella del Gabbiano senza toccare la macchina. Probabilmente la vacanza più rilassante della nostra vita. Un grazie particolare va al signor Federico per il check-in anticipato e alle signore Pamela e Stefania che sono riuscite a trovarci un'ottima soluzione dopo la cancellazione del nostro volo. Consigliato!!!

Stintino is a wonderful village, la Pelosa is something amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, from the booking's time till our arrival all was perfect. It's great to eat outside in the veranda and the garden is ideal for those with kids, totally recommended.
