Our first stop is on the east coast of Sardinia, about 30 kilometers south of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: it is San Teodoro, a small fishing village with a tourist calling. Its most famous beach is the marvelous La Cinta, which is easy to reach by car and has a parking lot just a few steps from the entrance. Here you will find facilities such as beach clubs, bars, toilets and showers. If you prefer, you can still stay on the free beach, although, especially in high season, it gets very crowded.

An alternative and entertaining activity for young and old is a visit to the adjacent San Teodoro lagoon, a true treasure of nature where you can admire the several pink flamingos that inhabit it all year round.

Leaving San Teodoro in the direction of Capo Coda Cavallo, you will find one of the most beautiful beaches not only in this area but on the entire island, whose seabed is so shallow that children of all ages and heights can swim safely.
